Building on extensive experience in corporate legal practice, Ms. Okawa maintains professional expertise that is closely connected with developments in capital markets and corporate governance. In her role as an outside director of a listed company, she places particular emphasis on enhancing the quality of board decision-making by structuring complex issues and organizing perspectives across legal frameworks, corporate strategy, and capital market expectations.
From the standpoint of balancing sound decision-making processes with long-term corporate value creation, she works to support the development of governance frameworks that enable sustainable growth.
