大川総合法律事務所(以下「当事務所」といいます。)は、クライアントの大切な情報をお預かりするため、職務上の秘密を保持するのはもちろんのこと、クライアントと関係者の個人情報の取扱いには十分に注意し、個人情報の保護に関する法律(以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。)その他の関係法令を遵守するとともに、次の個人情報保護方針(以下「本個人情報保護方針」といいます。)を遵守します。
1.個人情報の取得
当事務所は、個人情報(個人情報保護法2条1項に定める個人情報をいいます。以下同じ。)を次項の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、適法かつ適正な手段により取得します。
当事務所が個人情報を取得した場合の利用目的は、次項に公表するとおりです。

3.個人情報の第三者への提供
当事務所は、法令の定めによる場合を除き、あらかじめご本人の同意がない限り、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
4.個人情報の安全管理
当事務所は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
当事務所は、従業者が個人情報を取り扱うにあたっては、安全管理が図られるよう、当該従業者に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
5.個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止等の対応
当事務所は、当事務所が保有する個人情報に関して、ご本人から、個人情報保護法に基づく利用目的の通知の求め又は開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去若しくは第三者提供の停止のお申し出があった場合には、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、個人情報保護法にしたがい、適切に対応します。

7.本個人情報保護方針の変更
当事務所は、必要に応じて、本個人情報保護方針を変更することがあります。 本個人情報保護方針を変更する場合は、変更する旨及び変更後の個人情報保護方針の内容並びにその効力発生時期を本ホームページに掲載し、周知します。

- Sending greeting letters, newsletters, etc., and providing information on lectures, seminars, etc.
- Purposes incidental to the above
3. Provision of personal information to third parties
Unless otherwise provided by law, we will not provide personal information to any third party without the prior consent of the Client.
4. Secure management of personal data
We will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to manage personal information securely.
In handling personal information, we will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision of employees in order to ensure secure management.
5. Measures such as disclosure, correction, and suspension of use of personal information
In the event we receive a request to disclose the purpose of use or a request for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or deletion or suspension of provision to a third party under the Personal Information Protection Act from the Client, we will respond appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act after confirming the person's identity.
